Verification Process

Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time.

Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation.

Please note: Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank for a full one at a nearby gas station. We will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the refill.

Refund: Guest shows receipt for the propane tank refill.

Please note: There is no security deposit when the booking is made on Airbnb .

Please note that there will be landscape services scheduled every Thursday of the week.

TV
We don't have a TV program. We only have applications like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, e.g. and these will need to be signed with your account. The TV remote you need to press the Source button on the top right side of the remote and then you need to choose HDMI 1 or 2, and then press on the one that the internet is plugged in. Then the applications will show on the screen.

Manually open the garage
There is a button to open and close the garage door. It's located on the wall, either on the left of right side on the garage wall, as they open the door from the laundry to the garage.
