Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time

Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation.

Please note: Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank for a full one at a nearby gas station. We will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the refill.

Refund: Guest shows receipt for the propane tank refill.

Please note: For the safety and discretion of our homeowners, if the refrigerator has an icemaker, the icemaker in the refrigerator has been purposely disconnected. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker's function as it is not intended for guest use.

Thermostats:
To warm up the house effectively, both thermostats, the one upstairs and the one downstairs must be on AUTO and HEAT. Then set up the temperature. This will help distribute the heat throughout the property more efficiently.
