There is a pool maintenance company scheduled weekly. We cannot be held responsible for nature made debris in the pool or wear and tear damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging. There is a pool cleaning net available for every guest to use and clean such debris between regular pool maintenance services if they feel necessary.

MAIL- We provide mailbox key only for the guest who will extended stay of 30 days or more.

Small letter, it may be delivered to the mailbox, The guest should open a postal mailbox P .O box for shorter stay.

Please note: For the safety and discretion of our homeowners, if the refrigerator has an icemaker, the icemaker in the refrigerator has been purposely disconnected. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker's function as it is not intended for guest use.
