Four Villas development was built in a very typical Bonairian style construction which its specifically constructed to only have hot water in the showers. This is due to the fact that the water in Bonaire is generally warm and this is a sustainable way to preserve energy and efficiency and water it’s not necessarily to be heated in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, therefore hot water is only available in the showers, excluding the studio pool house shower at Villa #1. Most of the typical Bonarian homes are built this way on purpose. Bonaire is known for being a very green and sustainable island and every little way to preserve is a step towards a more green living and brighter future for the beautiful island of Bonaire!

I enjoyed a very nice three week stay at Villa Chica. The appartement is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Teya guided me through all things related to the booking and responded almost immediately at all times of the day. Check in was at 21:30 in person and the property manager made sure i arrived without any hassle at all and could settle in comfort after a long flight. Great place for 1-4 persons for a diving holiday or windsurfing trip. Highly recommended!
