  We continually enhance and update the property, including décor, furnishings, bedding, and color schemes. As a result, the current setup may differ slightly from listing photos. However, all essential amenities remain in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, or border closures.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unforeseen travel interruptions. Guests are responsible for their travel arrangements and compliance with all applicable travel requirements.

Please note:
Four Villas development was built in a very typical Bonairian style construction which its specifically constructed to only have hot water in the showers. This is due to the fact that the water in Bonaire is generally warm and this is a sustainable way to preserve energy and efficiency and water it’s not necessarily to be heated in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, therefore hot water is only available in the showers, excluding the studio pool house shower at Villa #1. Most of the typical Bonarian homes are built this way on purpose. Bonaire is known for being a very green and sustainable island and every little way to preserve is a step towards a more green living and brighter future for the beautiful island of Bonaire!

• The property includes a Nespresso machine available for guest use. Please note that it works with standard small Nespresso pods (not Vertuo pods). In addition, there is also a Breville espresso machine and a drip coffee machine available.

• Air conditioning is located in all two bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen, effectively covering the entire villa for your comfort.

• Refrigerator: Please note that for the safety and discretion of the homeowners, if the refrigerator includes an icemaker, it has been intentionally disconnected. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker, as it is not intended for guest use.
