Please Note: We take pride in continuously updating and enhancing our home with new décor, furnishings, and seasonal touches. While the layout and essentials remain consistent, the exact appearance may vary slightly from the photos. Rest assured, all amenities are thoughtfully maintained to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Mail: We provide a mailbox key only to guests staying 30 days or longer.

For shorter stays, small letters may be delivered to the mailbox. Guests are advised to use a personal P.O. box for receiving mail during brief visits.

Within just a few minutes of the condo, you can enjoy countless recreational activities. Just down the road, Kings Beach State Park offers paddleboard, kayak, and Jet Ski rentals and is within walking distance to an abundance of great dining and local shops. Not into water sports? The immediate area boasts an incredible amount of hiking a biking trails for endless adventure. In the winter, you are just 5 minutes away from Northstar Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak, and 15 minutes from Incline Village and Squaw Valley Resort. During the evening, enjoy live music or try your luck at any of the great casino resorts just a short 5 minutes drive.

Walking distance to biking and hiking trails, Kings Beach, Downtown restaurants and entertainment. Uber is available in the immediate area and can take you anywhere within the Lake Tahoe area

Booking Verification: We require all guests to verify their booking by sending a copy of a valid ID. Once your booking is verified, we will provide the door code prior to your check-in time.

Property Address: For security purposes, the full property address will only be disclosed after your reservation is fully confirmed.

Community Amenities: This condo is part of a complex featuring a pool, spa, saunas, and a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table, and media room with TV. These amenities are available to all guests in the complex and are generally very quiet and not busy.

Refrigerator: For the safety and privacy of our homeowners, any refrigerator with an icemaker has been intentionally disabled. Please do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker as it is not intended for guest use.

Clubhouse and Pool: The clubhouse and pool are located just across from your unit, visible from your balcony, and only a minute away.

Grilling Policy: Due to high fire hazard risks in the area, the county prohibits the use of any grilling equipment at all times.
