Please Note: We take pride in continuously updating and enhancing our home with new décor, furnishings, and seasonal touches. While the layout and essentials remain consistent, the exact appearance may vary slightly from the photos. Rest assured, all amenities are thoughtfully maintained to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Mail: We provide a mailbox key only to guests staying 30 days or longer.

For shorter stays, small letters may be delivered to the mailbox. Guests are advised to use a personal P.O. box for receiving mail during brief visits.

Just down the road, Kings Beach State Park offers paddleboard, kayak, and Jet Ski rentals and is within walking distance to an abundance of great dining and local shops. Not into water sports? The immediate area boasts an incredible amount of hiking a biking trails for endless adventure. In the winter, you are just 5 minutes away from Northstar Resort, 10 minutes from Diamond Peak, and 15 minutes from Incline Village and Squaw Valley Resort. During the evening, enjoy live music or try your luck at any of the great casino resorts just a short 5 minutes drive.

Grilling Policy: Due to high fire hazard risks in the area, the county prohibits the use of any grilling equipment at all times.
