Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-In: Standard check-in time is at 4 PM (across all properties, except for Bonaire which allows check-in at 3 PM). Early check-in requests are subject to availability and approval. A fee of $50 per hour will be charged for early check-ins.
Check-Out: Regular check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-out must be approved by the host. The fee for unapproved late check-outs is $50 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour.

Maintenance

We strive to resolve any maintenance issues swiftly. Emergency issues take precedence over minor ones. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Events and Parties

Events, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. A penalty of $500 per day will be charged for any such activities.

Eating and Drinking

Please use the dining room for all eating activities. Eating and drinking in bed are not allowed.

House Care

Treat the property, furniture, and amenities with respect.
Utilize the designated parking spaces.
Washer & Dryer are available for stays of 3+ days. You may relocate any items left by cleaners.

Security and Safety

No visitors are allowed for security reasons unless approved by the host.


Please note that the pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.

This fee is exclusively for accommodating your pets within our premises and does not include any additional cleaning services. We kindly request that you understand and be mindful that if your pet's presence requires any extra cleaning beyond our regular housekeeping, an additional cleaning fee will be applicable with detailed invoices and photos from the cleaning companies for your reference.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A fee of $500 per day will be charged for smoking violations.
No drugs are allowed on the property, including medical cannabis.

Additional Fees

Excessive usage of towels and sheets will incur a $50 charge for additional cleaning.
A fee of $50 for uncleaned Barbeque.

By booking with us, you agree to these terms and ensure compliance throughout your stay. Violation of any rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.

*Winter Weather*

We understand the unpredictability of winter travel, especially when it comes to reaching Tahoe. Please note that in the event that unexpected weather leads to road closures and impacts your travel plans, please be aware that our policy doesn't allow for refunds in such weather-related circumstances.

Tip: We recommend obtaining travel insurance as an additional layer of protection for your trip. Your travel insurance may offer assistance or reimbursement for unexpected delays due to winter storms.

Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time

Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation.

Please note: Guests are responsible for exchanging the propane tank for a full one at a nearby gas station. We will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the refill.

Refund: Guest shows receipt for the propane tank refill.

Backyard switch light: You can turn the light to the patio and the backyard from the switch on the wall by the patio door.

Gazebo switch light:  it’s located on one of the gazebo sides on the wooden pole.

Please note that there will be landscape services scheduled every Friday of the week

Please note that once a reservation has commenced and the check-in has occurred, we do not offer refunds or price adjustments for shortened stays or early departures. We recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to their travel plans.

Please note: For the safety and discretion of our homeowners, if the refrigerator has an icemaker, the icemaker in the refrigerator has been purposely disconnected. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker's function as it is not intended for guest use.

The king bedroom was perfect for my wife and I to share. We loved the kitchen and the living room area. Overall this was a perfect place for my wife and I to rent as we were on our honeymoon!
