MAIL- We provide mailbox key only for the guest who will extended stay of 30 days or more.

Small letter, it may be delivered to the mailbox, The guest should open a postal mailbox P .O box for shorter stay.

Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time

Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation.

They have 3 large bin in front of their parking area.

Fence
The property features a private fully fenced backyard patio, perfect for relaxation, and it also includes a designated parking area for your convenience

There is a TV in the master bedroom and in the living room

Fireplace
Set the thermostat to your desired temperature. The thermostat is located on the upper part of the wall near the door.

Pool
The pool in Sacramento usually open on Memorial Day weekend, which is in May
-Unless they’re specifically opened year  around

Refrigerator
Please note: For the safety and discretion of our homeowners, if the refrigerator has an icemaker, the icemaker in the refrigerator has been purposely disconnected. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to activate or troubleshoot it. We are not responsible for any issues related to the icemaker's function as it is not intended for guest use.
