We asked for early check in which host agreed , but when we arrived lock wasn't open at all and first they said previous guest locked it someone staying there from 14 days which it wasn't because wen I was booking it was showing it's available and then she said the owner took the key , then she send there lock smith and we have to wait for almost 2 hrs in cold to get in. It was so cold . We were standing out and owner instead of helping me and calling other her partner she was giving me number to call to see if can help me or no but lately she called me back and help me took 2 hrs and we missing.
