The Nestled Majestic Forest Cabin in Auburn has the following sleeping arrangements:

1. Upstairs master bedroom with a spacious king bed and a small, single sofa bed not convertible, perfect for a child, additional working desk, providing ample room for every traveler .
2. ⁠Downstairs bedroom with a spacious king bed and a large TV perfect for relaxation.
3. ⁠Loft Bedroom with a comfortable twin day bed, ideal for adult or a child.
4. ⁠Attic Bonus Room with two twin beds, perfect for a young adult, a child or occasional guest.
5. ⁠Downstairs Living Room has a larger sofa non convertible that can accommodate an adult.

Full Access to whole house, back yard, car garage

MAIL- We provide mailbox key only for the guest who will extended stay of 30 days or more.

Small letter, it may be delivered to the mailbox, The guest should open a postal mailbox P .O box for shorter stay.

kitchen switch
The side of the fridge there is another light switch for the second kitchen light.

Light remote at coffee bar
Please look under the coffee bar shelving. There is a remote placed in a Ziploc bag labeled for that particular light. The remote is only for the light above the coffee bar.

Fans
-There is no remote for any of the fans they have manual strings to be turned on and off
-There is a tiny remote located in a plastic bag in one of the drawers in the coffee bar. It’s for this fan

• The home has an AC if you close all the exterior windows and doors it cools off very quickly. AC cools off the whole house, just keep the interior bedroom doors open for the loft there is a small door keep it open, the loft also cools off pretty quickly from downstairs.

Laundry
Guests can use the laundry facilities throughout their stay. The laundry room is located behind the carport in a separate building. To access it, exit through the kitchen door, go down the stairs on the left, and it's the first door on the left.

Bathroom
The downstairs full bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a separate vanity area, and a luxurious walk-in shower made entirely of stone. It's conveniently located next to the master bedroom and includes a television. Upstairs in the hallway, you'll find a half bathroom with a toilet and sink.

FIREPLACE
The fireplace is not available for guest use due to fire hazards and, as per the owner's request, is not advertised as a property amenity on the listing.

Fridge
The retro fridge doesn't have a built-in water dispenser. However, the tap water in Auburn is usually clean enough to drink directly.

Coffee maker
This house has its own coffee bar, which is quite well-equipped for coffee lovers. The coffee bar features an espresso machine, a French press, an Italian press, and a regular drip coffee machine. Taylor Swoden
