5⭐I stayed here for two months and it had everything I needed! It’s fully fenced off so there’s plenty of privacy, driveway can fit up to four cars, kitchen is well equipped, and both TVs have fire sticks installed. 👏👏👏

This is a very neat and efficient property in a great location for shopping, restaurants, etc. The kitchen is quite well equipped compared to other Airbnb’s I have stayed at. Same for the bathroom. The dog really enjoyed the large fenced in front yard. Do keep in mind the bedroom is upstairs if stairs are an issue for you. Teya was a very responsive host and a good communicator. I will plan the stay here again on future trips to Sac.
I have now stayed at 5 airbnbs in the midtown and East Sacramento area - this one has been my favorite. When you first walk in, and the living room is on some hard concrete, you wonder if you're living inside somebody's garage. But beyond that initial reaction, the unit is cozy and well-appointed. Rain ruined my ability to use the outdoor space, but I would have loved to have taken advantage of both the front yard and the grill area. The location is in a safe part of town with convenient access to everything. The host is responsive. They were unable/unwilling to give early check-in or late checkout without a fee - which is fair but not necessarily generous. When my late fee total was more than the host told me after Airbnb fees - they were unwilling to adjust their prices. Again, fair, but not out of their way kind.
