“It was a great little place in East Sac! Great location, cute area, walk to Tandem for coffee, OBO for casual Italian, and Jayna’s for great gyros! Love how it’s tucked away to feel private with a nice driveway. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. The outdoor areas are cute but need to be cleaned to use.”

“We had a great time during our stay. It accommodated my family perfectly. The only downfall is you’re not allowed to have visitors and the parking is tight. That didn’t end up mattering as I just paid for extra people during booking and everything worked out. All in all it was a 10/10 stay. Based on reviews I thought maybe the neighbors would be rude, but they were actually really nice. The street is quiet, house is clean and spacious, garage is available for parking. I had a great stay! Thank you for sharing your home.”

“I have now stayed at 5 airbnbs in the midtown and East Sacramento area - this one has been my favorite. When you first walk in, and the living room is on some hard concrete, you wonder if you're living inside somebody's garage. But beyond that initial reaction, the unit is cozy and well-appointed. Rain ruined my ability to use the outdoor space, but I would have loved to have taken advantage of both the front yard and the grill area. The location is in a safe part of town with convenient access to everything. The host is responsive. They were unable/unwilling to give early check-in or late checkout without a fee - which is fair but not necessarily generous. When my late fee total was more than the host told me after Airbnb fees - they were unwilling to adjust their prices. Again, fair, but not out of their way kind.”
